Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
1. Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return/refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Innerwear or personal hygiene products
- Custom-stitched or made-to-order items
- Sale/discounted items unless damaged or wrong item delivered
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues or product defects.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original product and verify its condition.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days post quality check.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting bank details securely.
5. Return Process
- Email returns@fabwear.store with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if damaged).
Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
