Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return/refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Innerwear or personal hygiene products

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order items

  • Sale/discounted items unless damaged or wrong item delivered

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues or product defects.

  • Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original product and verify its condition.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days post quality check.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after collecting bank details securely.

5. Return Process

Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
